Canons of Jaisalmer Fort

Jaisalmer fort is one of my most favorite places in India. It is a self-contained, self-sufficient fortress in the desert, and full of secret life inside. On its summit are canons, no longer needed and left to survey the nearby town. After taking this photo, a curious goat surprised me by attempting to consume the pants I was wearing.
