Sakura Matsuri IV

I have photographed Sakura Matsuri yearly for many years, and this woman never fails to show up with her parasol and colorful kimono. New York City's annual Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival) at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
